equipped room high quality wonderful view friendly staff

the hotel provided well-equipped rooms of high quality. restaurant veranda offered a wonderful view. the staff was naturally friendly across all categories. cadierbar was lovely.

i noticed slightly expensive parking costs though the location was perfect.

the hotel sits opposite the royal palace with clear views. the waterfront area features swans and various boats that were wonderful to observe. i found the location convenient for accessing many nearby attractions.

Really good Stay with Palace Views

junior suite palace view friendly staff excellent service

I enjoyed my room upgrade to a junior suite overlooking the palace. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast and early evening drinks were excellent. The venue offered perfect service. I especially appreciated the lady concierge who helped book the ferry to Vaxholm.

The bar tended to get very busy sometimes. The hotel is centrally located near shopping, ferries, and Gamla Stan.

The room featured a comfortable soft bed and a great shower. A coffee machine and a kettle were included for convenience. Good air conditioning kept the temperature regulated well .

Service

10/10

Breakfast service was really good, with attentive staff always available. The reception on arrival was excellent, and I felt welcomed. I was assisted with all my needs by the excellent staff.
